Who are we?
Higgins Beach Association began in 1948. It hosts numerous social events including Wednesday breakfasts and dinners, the 4th of July Parade and concerts. Its purpose also includes a responsibility to "promote the protection of and to preserve the general environment and character of Higgins Beach and the Higgins Beach community...and promote the health, welfare civic, social and recreational betterment of the residents of Higgins Beach." By Laws Art. III.
